About Me

Welcome to the Adventurous Biohacker

I am a single parent of an adult son who is chasing his passions. As a child I always loved the woods and being out in nature, especially in the summer.

As a single parent it took me 10 years to get my bachelor’s degree while working in corporate America. For years I played by the rules, worked the corporate ladder, savored PTO days, invested in the future and dreamed of seeing the world. (I am thankful to have been able to live the American dream all the while deep down I knew this was not me.) The repetitious cycle of the American dream became suffocating. I just wanted to be free, to explore God’s epic creation, to embrace different people and cultures, to adventure near and far, and to be authentically who I was created to be.

I am the Adventurous Biohacker, a black woman, an unattached nomad, a mom that raised a great son and an entrepreneur living the laptop lifestyle. Health and wellness are at my core along with hiking, traveling, existing in nature, following Jesus and giving back as I go. My mission is to inspire folks to get out in nature, experience adventure and expose the option to live fully authentically who you were created to be. I challenge you to embrace transformation.

I am thankful to have lived an epic vanlife journey!

Next goals are to live, work and travel internationally.
